Welcome to the TRB weather station (near Tullamarine Airport) Melbourne, AUSTRALIA. Commissioned Dec 2011.
The weather station in use is the Fine Offset, and these pages are updated every 5 minutes. The meteorological day used at this station ends at 9 am.

Station STATUS @ 18.03.2020 - Base station replaced with NEW unit. Air pressure sensor working
Station STATUS @ 17.02.2020 - Air pressure sensor failed and flat-lining. Repairs being considered
Station STATUS @ 23.01.2020 - Rain sensor reading low recently. Replaced with brand new unit and rain stats corrected :)
Station STATUS @ 19.01.2020 - Wind speed sensor failed due bearing jammed. Replaced bearing :)
Station STATUS @ 13.03.2019 - Wind speed sensor failed due bearing jammed. Replaced sensor with old original :)
Station STATUS @ 08.07.2016 - Remote sensor failed. Replaced entire unit with spare :)
Station STATUS @ 13.06.2015 - Air pressure errors fixed by buying another weather station for spare parts :)
Station STATUS @ 01.05.2015 - Air pressure errors have begun. This will invalidate the forecast (below). It appears that the pressure sensor has failed and is stuck. This is the first ever permanent hardware fault :(
Station STATUS @ 29.10.2014 - Rain report invalid one day in October 2014 due spider webs jamming the tipping-bucket sensor. Fixed for the third time, now with double layers of flywire.
